Exchange manager can do remote factory reset in case that he lost the phone.

It will be possible to do factory reset If you have a Exchange account and you tried to log in MS exchange via phone.
Currently, TMUS & ORG SW version are not supportive.

[How to do]
1. First, You should have a authority of Exchange Server administrator.
2. and then, you can make a factory reset remotely via OWA(Outlook Web Access)
– “Mobile Device” -> Select the device from the device list -> Select “Device Remove”
